Companies certifications

Having certified QA professionals is important and brings added value to the company, however having standardized processes, models, and high quality on projects in a consistent manner is as important as it is to have high skilled individuals.

Through companies certifications at three levels, Global QA aims to contribute with the standardization of Quality Assurance departments that deliver high quality products and customer satisfaction.


The three GQA levels:

                                         


  1. Established - Basic workflow, processes, and tools are defined and implemented. By the time the certification is obtained, a formal QA department will exist with proven capabilities to adhere to the pre-defined model and practices.

  2. Streamlined - The main focus of this level is to find improvements and to model and implement solutions on key areas such as: Time, Cost, Customer Satisfaction. With the experience from the established level, feedback is obtained and necessary adjustments are done in order to get the model to a higher maturity level.

  3. Optimized - After the established level is attained, the next step is to master the model and look for improvements making our QA department a High Performance Team, with solid and consistent results and always seeking to gain more efficiencies. This is the main goal of the Optimized level.

*In average, a time frame of 12 to 24 months should be accounted for each certification level.
